Our Story

From a Lakeport Workshop to a Global Brand

Tahoe Marine was founded in 2009 by a group of passionate anglers and marine engineers who believed that fishing boats could be built better. Starting from a small workshop on the shores of Clear Lake, California, we set out to create aluminum boats that combined rugged durability with refined performance.

Today, our state-of-the-art 45,000 sq ft facility produces over 800 boats annually, serving dealers and customers in more than 30 countries. Every vessel that leaves our factory is TIG-welded by certified technicians and undergoes a rigorous 47-point quality inspection.

In 2018, we expanded into electric propulsion with the launch of our EM series outboard motors, bringing zero-emission, whisper-quiet power to anglers who value both performance and environmental responsibility.
